D & H INDIA has taken the lead in setting up an adequate testing facilities in the Quality Control’s testing labs such as–

(a) Installation of SPECTRO TESTING MACHINE For quick and accurate test result.

(b) Diffusible Hydrogen testing of weld metal by Mercury method as per ISO – 3690.

(c ) Determination of moisture content in flux coating as per AWS.

(d) Corrosion testing as per ASTM A-262 Standard.

(e) Installation of single stroke V-Notch cutting. Machine for impact test specimens.

(f) Profile Projector to check accuracy of Notch Profile

(g) Impact testing at -196° C by use of liquid Nitrogen.

(h) Arrangement for metallographic studies.

(i) Arrangement for tensile testing at elevated temperature.

(j) Hardness testing of all metals and Alloys.
