Concept
The WEAR PLATE concept
is an advanced technology to replace Castings wherever
used. The CROMALLOY WEAR PLATES are designed in M.S. plate,cladded
by alloy wires and fluxes under a highly specialised robotic
process.
Appearence
Layer by layer cladding ensure smooth
and fast surface . Due to Manufacturing process cracks develop
on the surface, but these do not penetrate beyond the carbide
overlay.
