CROMMALLOY WEAR PLATE is usually cut to dimensions using Argon/Nitrogen Plazma Cutting machine or with air arc.This can be cut with gouging or Cuting electrodes or by carbon arc.Plazma Cutting is always better in quality.

Drilling of holes can be done with th ehelp of metal arc distingrator system for any size. Plates can be used to form any shape,may be cold rolled for bigger diameter upto 1000 m.m. and break press may be used for smaller diameter upto 150 m.m. Welding with any metal structure can be done with low hydogen or stainless steel electrodes, depending on the metal structure.
